14. SMS TERMS

Durum LLC may send SMS messages related to restaurant updates, reservations, private events, catering inquiries, promotional offers, and customer communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up again through the same process used initially, and we may resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
