Leading the kitchen is Chef Silvia, whose culinary vision blends the elegance of Northern Italian tradition with the bold, soulful flavors of Calabria. Her menus are deeply seasonal, rooted in handmade pasta, refined technique, and the warmth of home cooking, creating experiences that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
